The 22nd edition of the Chili Bowl open-wheel event will draw a record 286 entries, including NASCAR's Tony Stewart, J.J. Yeley and Kasey Kahne, and a sold-out crowd of about 9,000 to the QuikTrip Center in Tulsa. Top open-wheel racers such as Sammy Swindell as well as NHRA drivers will compete.
